Errorism by Ambidextrous is Nick Zavriev’s second album released as a CD on Shaped Harmonics in 2001. European IDM fans compared it to Bola’s Soup (1998) because Errorism was quite melodic for the dry experimental electronica of the 2000s.

As Igloo Magazine wrote in 2001:
“Ambidextrous identity Nick Zavriev proves his worth, offering an intriguing album of mellow electronica and savory rhythmic idm. … At the 12-minute mark, you may find yourself reaching for a repeat.”

Twenty years later, Errorism is released on Mestnost label as a cassette tape. Lo-fi will give a new meaning to the work created on the rise of digital culture. The CD re-issue of the original album was remastered for the anniversary edition. The cassette tape features three previously unreleased bonus tracks that were recorded during the work on the album. In addition, the vinyl re-issues have been presented on Sealt, the Russian label based in Moscow.

Errorism – второй альбом музыканта Ника Завриева aka Ambidextrous, вышедший в 2001 году в формате CD на лейбле Shaped Harmonics. Западные ценители пикантного IDM сравнивали его с релизом BOLA – Soup 1998 года, поскольку для начала нулевых и той сухой экспериментальной электроники Errorism был крайне музыкален. «Хитросплетения ритмов, густые рифы Roland tb-303, мелодичность и изысканность басовых линий делают особо интересным этот IDM от музыканта из Москвы под ником Ambidextrous – на 12-й минуте вы уже захотите нажать repeat», - писали в 2001-м растроганные рецензенты.

Спустя 20 лет Errorism выходит на лейбле «Местность» в формате кассеты – лоуфай даст новое прочтение работе, написанной на взлете цифровой культуры. Для юбилейного издания был сделан ремастеринг оригинального материала. Помимо десяти треков оригинального издания, на кассету попали три не опубликованных ранее бонус-трека, которые были записаны в период работы над альбомом Errorism. Кроме того переиздание состоялось и на виниле, на московском лейбле Sealt.
Кассетный релиз Errorism открывает серию переизданий под названием «Местность Источники» – это фонотека культовых работ, повлиявших на ту или иную локальную сцену.

N.B. Помимо того, что Ник является одним из ветеранов отечественной IDM электроники, он также известен как автор одного из самых содержательных музыкальных подкастов «Планетроника».
